A Young Hero
15-year-old Ryley Ferguson was walking his two dogs along a canal in West Yorkshire, England, when he spotted a little toddler falling into the canal. He didn't think twice before he took his shoes off and jumped into the water to save his life.
The baby was sinking to the bottom and Ryley struggled to find him but once he did, he pulled him up to the surface. Two women who were passing by saw what happened and helped Ryley and the baby out. The toddler had wandered off on his own while his mother was doing some gardening and she did not notice him gone. If it hadn't been for Ryley, who knows what would have happened.
