Backpacking Bridget Jones
After selling all her material possessions, Collins — now dubbed as the Backpacking Bridget Jones — traveled to some of the world's most remote places, including the towering Himalayan and Andes mountains as well as Thailand's tropical jungles.
She eventually started writing an autobiographical novel documenting her adventures, and it wasn't long before she realized she could turn her fascinating journey into a commercial success. Her novel The Lonely Hearts Travel Club has become a bestseller, and she is now happily married to journalist John Skiddle, with whom she had a beautiful daughter.
