The couple spent days and days trying to track down the thief and recuperate their pictures, but it wasn't long before they gave up hope. Meanwhile, the same night of the wedding, a girl named Angie McHale found the handbag. It was empty, except for the rolls of film, and she was so intrigued that she had all the photos developed.
30 years later, while Angie was packing her stuff in boxes to move out, she came across those old photos and so she posted them on Facebook. Never would have she imagined that the album's owners would see her post and contact her. It was clearly meant to be, as Mike and Tracey were just about to celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary.
