A Generous Gift
A California landlord, who wishes to remain anonymous, received a stimulus check from the government for $3,400 and decided to give it away instead of keeping it. He doubled the amount of the check and split the $7,000 between his 13 tenants, giving each of them $538.
He noticed that most of them were struggling to pay rent, as thousands of people are right now, and decided to give them a hand instead of keeping the money for himself. Hopefully, his kind deed will inspire others to do the same.
