Unfair Rules?
Anya Howard had to return her lunch one day because her account, which parents are supposed to put money into every once in a while, didn't have enough money. Not only that, but her classmates made fun of her and she was hungry for the rest of the day.
Her parents argued that the school should have provided lunch for her anyway and charged them the money later, but that is against school policy. One might argue that the school should not let any of the children under its care to go hungry, especially if they're short on a couple dollars. What do you think?
