Rapper Cardi B literally got a bag and fixed her teeth as she states in Bodak Yellow. She's really open about her plastic surgeries and actually, she takes pride in them, she owns them! However, she's also admitted to having gotten illegal butt injections, a very dangerous procedure that might entail catastrophic —even deadly consequences.
After welcoming her daughter, Kulture, she revealed she had gotten breast surgery and liposuction due to the fact that she's fully committed to a 24-hour job (entertaining) and doesn't have free time like we, mortals, do....or do we?

Yup, that's also a struggle and we celebrate women who want to feel better in their own skin. At age 17, Ariel Winter got a breast reduction.

There's been a lot of back and forth regarding Ashlee Simpson's nose. The star, however, has never explicitly confirmed (nor denied) the alleged nose job in 2006 (wow it's been that long?).

For years, fans have been speculating about star model Kendall Jenner's features and the possibility of her having gone under the knife. Although she has denied this over and over, it keeps coming back. "It's crazy because sometimes I feel like people just want me to lose, she confessed on her app.
Kendall debunked these theories in 2017 explaining that her altered appearance is due to her sister's makeup techniques. Kylie took responsibility: "You guys, Kendall let me overline her lip today with lip liner and everyone thinks she got lip injections. I'm sorry, Kendall," she said.

After receiving a compliment on her new haircut by Bob Evans, she answered: "Thanks. I just had some 'work' done on my chin and neck and had the bags taken away from under my eyes so I decided it would be good to get a new hair cut so people will think it's my new hair." He was taken aback by the fact that she admitted her surgeries so openly.
However, at age 82, Jane Fonda is saying goodbye to the knife: *"There isn’t going to be any more plastic surgery—I’m not going to cut myself up anymore.” The decision does not sound like it was an easy one: “I have to work every day to be self-accepting,” Fonda added. “It doesn’t come easy to me”.

Actor Kate Bosworth, known for her roles in Young Americans, Blue Crush, and 21 hasn't publicly addressed the rumors about her alleged surgeries. It is said that she's had a minor nose job, Botox injections and lip and cheek fillers.
Overall, I think she simply looks like an older version of herself...Her lips do look a little plumper but it could be due to makeup or yup, lip injections, which are hype nowadays...so what if she's done a little something here and there?

In June 2020, new rumors about surgeries were fueled after she posted a picture on Instagram with her brother Rob at Khloe's birthday party. Followers just couldn't believe how fresh and youthful she looked and started blaming Facetune and surgeries.
To this, she answered: "Too good to be true [wink emoji], live for these compliments." Go Kween! Actually, Kourtney was always really open about her breast implants and how she regrets having them. “I've realized that I was made to look a certain way and I'm considering removing them,” she revealed.

Actor Renée Zellweger revealed that the speculation surrounding her alleged surgeries was the "hardest kick" to her ego and quite humiliating. After an appearance at the Elle Women in Hollywood party, some people immediately assumed that she had had plastic surgery.
In 2014, she explained to People that she chose to address the rumors because “it seems the folks who come digging around for some nefarious truth which doesn’t exist won’t get off my porch until I answer the door”.
