Tia Withers noticed a man yelling at a woman and her son at a Walmart parking lot. When she got closer, the woman softly whispered to her a chilling sentence: "we've been kidnapped". Tia knew she had to do something, so when she saw them getting into a car, she used hers to block their exit.
Then, she called 911. The man realized something was wrong and tried to drive into her car, so she moved out of the way. Still, she wasn't going to let him escape. She actually followed him while on the phone with 911 until the cops finally got him. That day, she saved two lives.
