The Perfect Lie
Zilla's first stop was Thailand, and she organized a Skype call from her hotel after her first day there. But while everyone was convinced she was living the dream and traveling the world, all her posts and pictures were a big fat lie! The truth was that Zilla hadn't even left the country and had been inside her apartment all along. But why?
Zilla's scam was actually part of an art project, where she combined two of her greatest passions: photo manipulation and traveling. She spent the whole month photoshopping images and transforming her room to make it look like Asian hotels. "I did this to show people that we filter and manipulate what we show on social media", she said. Lesson learned!
