Floppy Disks And Magnets
Floppy disks are rarely used nowadays, and many young people probably haven't even seen one. However, those who still use them somehow still haven't fully understood them.

Someone ironically put up a floppy disk on a refrigerator door and wrote on it that it should not be erased. Sadly, magnets are known to corrupt files in floppy disks, so the information in it is probably ruined.
Ink Explosion
While this is not such a common occurrence, you better hope this never happens to you. Sometimes, printers decide to ruin our lives by making cartridges explode and cover everything in ink that is too hard to clean.

An explosion this massive is unlikely to happen but when it does, it is awful. This may have been caused by exposing the printer to heat, so keep yours out of the sunlight.
Space Heaters
Space heaters are a wonderful thing when the weather gets cold. However, they are not appliances you should be handling lightly. Space heaters need high current electricity flow to function, so be careful where you plug them.

This person plugged their space heater into a power strip, which was a huge mistake. Power strips are not designed to withstand such a high current, especially when there's other things plugged in there. They were lucky that the whole place didn't go up in flames!
