Scientists Find Unknown Rainforest Thanks To Google Earth

Untouched

Nobody knew what was at the top of Mount Lico in Mozambique until Julian Bayliss had the clever idea to check what was up there on Google Earth. The satellite images captured an incredible sight: a beautiful rainforest never touched by humans on top of the mountain.

This discovery allowed scientists to further study the area, who discovered something amazing: the area had been inhabited by people before. They found evidence of a tribe that lived there hundreds of years ago. Not much is known about them or how they reached the top of the mountain, but the story is still unbelievable.
