#3. Spooky Dolls
Everyone loves a vast living room, especially cause it makes your house perfect for throwing a massive birthday party. But even though this photo really gives you an idea of how big the living room is, there's something deeply unsettling about it.
Was it really necessary to put those giant spooky dolls on that rocking chair? Anyone who's watched Anabelle or The Conjuring would know better than to buy a property that was once home to that doll.
#2. Kitchen Slash Bathroom
Are there any Friends fans out there? Remember the time when Chandler and Joey wanted Ross to move out and they helped him find a new flat, only the one they found had a "kitchen slash bathroom"? Well, maybe it was this one.
It's pretty handy to have a toilet so close to the kitchen, I'll give you that. However, it is pretty gross, and it's barely an effective marketing strategy.
#1. The Car Room
Sure, everyone is free to dispose of the living room space in the way they want to, but some things are better kept private. If you choose to park your car inside your living room, I won't judge, but it's not something that the house's potential buyers should know.
I mean, who would want to buy a house knowing that the previous owners would literally drive their car inside it? Who knows in what state its floors are in.
