After purchasing the idyllic island, business mogul Karl Reipen spent several years building a lavish estate. Once it had been finished, he published a strange add offering people the chance to come live with him for free. But as most of the applications started getting rejected, people started to doubt about the man's true intentions.
People soon realized that his request wasn't really that inclusive, as he only accepted those applications coming from people in their 60s and 70s.
