A Unique Find
A woman was absolutely confused when she found a very, very old letter lost somewhere in her closet. When she took a closer look, she realized that it was signed by Walt Whitman, the famous poet. The date also showed that the letter was 154 years old!
After contacting experts, she found out that Whitman once worked as a scribe, helping soldiers write letters to their families during the war. He had apparently written a letter for one of her ancestors, and the letter somehow ended up lost in the closet for generations. It is worth an estimated $12,000.
