Syracuse is a city in and is also the county seat of Onondaga County, New York, in the United States. It is the fifth-most-populous city in the state of New York, following New York City, Buffalo, Rochester, and Yonkers. Syracuse is located 87 miles east of Rochester, 131 miles east of Buffalo, and 150 miles west of the state capital Albany. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 25.6 square miles, of which 25.1 square miles is land and 0.6 square miles is water.

The Chaa Creek is a tributary of the Macal River in western Belize, and there are several attractions to be seen. There are Maya ruins that remain largely unexcavated in the Chaa Creek catchment basin; certain early research was conducted on the archaeology at Chaa Creek in 1997 by Harvard University. Significant pottery finds, and other artifacts have been recovered at the Chaa Creek site, which is posited to be a satellite site of Xunantunich.

Treehouse Utopia comprises four treehouses that opened for the first time in summer 2018. The Chapelle, named for the French countryside chapels, aims to give guests a deeply spiritual feeling, while the Chateau is the largest and most luxurious, and it comprises two stories. Miramichi Treehouse is a 200-acre campsite by Canada’s Black River that has an outdoor pool, nature trails, a playground and 12 treehouses, which vary greatly in their amenities. Most offer small decks, picnic tables and fire pits, and some come with electricity and mini-fridges. Several also have bathrooms with toilets and sinks for a slightly more deluxe experience. Keep in mind that none are equipped with heating and bedding, so pack accordingly.

At the Huilo Huilo Biological Reserve in Chilean Patagonia, guests can stay in one of two Canopy Village shelters elevated more than 16 feet above the ground.
