Yet only matter that is living have three doshas. The three doshas are also called tridosha. The tridoshas are three energy forces that regulate every process that is biological.

The element of water humour is Kapha. It grounds other elements of the human body and provides the physiological materials to maintain the immune system and the lubrication of joints. Kapha keeps the skin’s moisture balanced and helps with healing of wounds. The vigor of the human body and memory are grounded Kapha as well.
