How to benefit from honey and cinnamon

Cinnamon has an insulin boosting property  which have the ability to boost insulin activity about 20 fold and can benefit people who have high sugar levels. This is how it treats diabetes.

Honey contributes to the metabolizing of undesirable cholesterol and fatty acid, provides a fuelling mechanism for the body, keep blood sugar levels balanced,

The combination of honey and cinnamon has been known as one of the best known mixtures for over all good health. From cholesterol to toothaches, it has been a natural remedy for many many years. The taste of the warm and sweetness is perfect for the palate.  It has amazing potential cures and treatments for many illnesses.

Heart disease. Spread on bread instead of Jam and butter.

Hair Loss. Apply 1 tabelspoon of hot olive oil, cinnamon and honey to hair. Leave on for 15 minutes, wash and rinse.

Cholesterol. Mix honey and cinnamon together in boiling water or hot green tea.

Indigestion. A sprinkle of cinnamon on a tablespoon of honey relieves acidity, sour stomach, upset stomach and bloating.

Pimples. Mix cinnamon with honey making a paste. Dab on pimples and leave on for 15 minutes and wash off. Do this daily until gone.

Arthritis. make a powder combining the two and apply to effected area. Massage slowly.

Bad Breath. Gargle with cinnamon and honey and hot water.

Tooth aches. make a paste and dab onto effected area. Rinse with warm water.

Colds and flu. You can combine the two in hot water and drink 4 times a day OR you can take a teaspoon of honey and spirnkle cinnamon on top and take 6 times a day.

Bladder infection.  Take cinnamon and1 teaspoon of  honey mix into warm water and drink. Take 4 times a day.
