When Do You Know When Its Just Fatigue

When our energy level has gone considerably down you start to wonder why are you feeling so sluggish. Then we decide to drink a cup of coffee or maybe some tea, in hopes that it will boost our energy level. Now that you’;ve realized that your cup of tea or coffee failed, next you start thinking well maybe there is something I may not be aware of that is going on. If you’;re experiencing physical disorders, mental or emotional sometime you may think its probably just poor nutrition. Then you realize you’;re not getting enough sleep, and stressed out and overworked, and you’;re prone to infections and disease.  Chronic fatigue Syndrome is more like flulike symptoms, fever, sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, muscle weakness, and muscle fatigue, headaches, joint pain, and sleep disorders.

No one understand really of what actually triggers this disease Sometime it could be due to a poor diet. In an overall view, it is best to get checked out for what may be wrong. When you skip breakfast you experience more weight problems and your energy level always seem to be low. Sometime we just do not get to eat until the end of day most of the time. Which is not good for you, because at the end of the day that is our rest period, and if you eat late the weight tend to set in quicker if you’;re consuming food late at night and lying down. That is a definite NO! So eating breakfast in the morning can fuel you to eat less throughout the day.

Glucose is what fuel our bodies. As we sleep we are being drained of the glucose in our blood stream. Eating a rich carbohydrate meal will definitely get you going in the morning.But as soon as the meal start to pass through our system we will feel sluggish once again. So what you eat is very important. Try to eat less fatty foods, and food containing sugar. Eating more fruits and veggies is ideal. Even in the morning.

So the best solution to this problem is continue eating food rich in iron, healthy foods and and stay away from the oils, fat, and sugar. Your body will thank you later.
