 The food you should stock in your refrigerator and pantry are nonfat dairy, food, 95% lean meat, soy products, skinless poultry breast, egg white, all kinds of fruits and vegetables, whole grains (oats, barely), seafood (fish, shells), whole grain cereals, wheat bread, and fat free milk. All these products are rich in nutrients and very healthy for body. Drinking lots of water is must to lose weight quickly. Every individual should drink at least 8 glasses of water in a day. Water fastens the metabolism and increase the chances of weight lose very much.

If you eat all the food mentioned above, drink lots of water every day and do regular exercise you will probably lose 2 to 3 pounds every week and still stay healthy. It is very important to stay healthy and eat healthy, if you eat healthy you will not feel that you are dieting, you will feel that you are eating regularly but still losing weight which is an awesome experience.
