How To Keep Your Skin Young With Shea Butter

The first thing is grooming. Every night before going to bed make sure to clean your face. First use a cleansing cream and rub it in thoroughly. Wipe excess off with a soft cloth: do not use tissues as these have wood fibre in them. Now have your evening shower and with a soap free cleanser remove the last traces of makeup. By being under the shower it so much easier to wash away all the residues instead of continuously splashing water on the face, or wrecking the delicate skin with a face washer. Instead use a soap free foaming gel like SIMPLE MOSTURISING FACIAL WASH which can be bought very reasonably at any supermarket. Don’t worry, I have used some very expensive brands but in comparison, this little treasure beats them all hands down.

After the shower when you face is still warm, gently massage some unrefined Shea Butter onto your face. The best way to do this is to take a small amount in your fingers, gently work the solid butter and then apply to the skin. I only discovered this miracle solid cream a few months ago but I can assure you that I will never be without it now. What is also great about this natural miracle is the fact that it does not clog the pores of your skin but it actually penetrates to nourish and plump up. One thing to bear in mind is that it takes at least three weeks for any improvement to show. When you are finished, do not wash your hands; instead rub the reminder of the butter into them.  No, you have not finished yet; more Shea butter into your hands and rub it onto your feet. The majority of people tend to forget about this part of the body and neglect what is a very visible in summer. There is nothing worse than dry scaly heals showing from a pair of lovely strappy sandals.
