This diet is for girls that do not have enough disicpline to follow the ABC diet. (Ana Boot Camp) The skinny girl diet will get you on track and teach you how to restrict calories so you can better your food intake. The main idea here is to only cut calories. You can eat whatever you want as long as you do not go over the daily limit. Only focus on the numbers at first and everything will follow eventually. Once you get the self control to watch your calorie intake then you can move on the choosing better foods that are nutriously better for you. ((nutriously<--- I honestly do not know if that is a real word but I will say it is for now.))

The only difference between the Skinny Girl Diet and the ABC Diet is the number of calories allowed for the day. So here it goes…
