The most basic and easiest thing to do is brush your teeth daily. But, many people either get too lazy or too busy to care. They neglect their teeth, and they have lots of gum, teeth and mouth problems later on. They end up going to the dentist and paying a lot of money for surgery or dental work. It is better to set a time, each day, to take care of your teeth with all-natural, nice-smelling herbal products. On those special occasions, when you want to impress, like before you go on a date or to a party, use a natural toothpaste that fights stubborn stains. If you really need to clean those coffee or tea stains off your teeth, try a natural anti-plaque tartar control toothpaste that contains xylitol, zinc citrate, silica and peppermint.
