It is a well known fact among all health experts and health conscious people that Trans Fats are artificial fats which normally originate from hydrogenated oils. These have been categorized among unhealthy foods by Health and Nutrition experts. These are the ones that can actually stimulate fat loss and lean muscle building.
Some these specific type of natural trans fat do occur in the meat and milk from ruminant animals such as cattle, goats, sheep, venison, bison, kangaroo, etc. These are usually known as: conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and is not only known to help prevent cancer, but is also a potent fat burner. Research has shown that, CLA tends to be very high when these animals are fed more with grass instead of grains.

Never buy CLA supplements because as stated above, the only form of healthy CLA is from grass-fed ruminant animals such as grass-fed beef, bison, lamb, etc. But the problem here is: the CLA that you would normally found in CLA pills are artificially created form that is different isomer than the natural CLA isomer found in grass-fed meat or dairy. The CLA isomer in the pills is NOT a healthy form, and will not benefit you.
