Unfortunately, we grownups aren’t the only ones vulnerable to holding too much stress. Our children bring more stress then we realize, their young life are loaded with stress causing circumstances.

How Pressure Builds

Stress is our human anatomy’s respond to pleasure and steroid in our system. These two chemicals are launched when we understand ourselves to be in risky or harmful circumstances. Sometimes these circumstances are deadly – like when a shrub flame is shooting near our house, or we are in a car incident.
