What to do if your Dell laptop wireless not working

Make sure you have an active Internet connection. Make a LAN connection to the Dell laptop and connect to the Internet. Make sure that the internet is working or not. Again, right-click the wireless connection and select Properties. Select the Wireless Networks tab and check the box next to Use Windows to configure my wireless network is enabled. If not, do the needful. Click OK to exit the properties. Close all windows and restart your computer. Reconnect to your wireless network and check if it works or not. Skip to the next step if the problem persists.
Click Start, click Run. When the Run dialog box, type “CMD” and click OK. This will open a command prompt. “IPCONFIG / release ‘type (without the quotes and the like) and then press ENTER on your keyboard. If you see” access denied “error message, close the window. Log off the computer and log back in as an administrator. Open a command prompt and run the command again. When done, type “ipconfig / renew ‘and press enter.
