Baked onion salad

This recipe serves 3-4. Easy for preparing the salad is very delicious. The time for its preparation is about an hour.


500 gr onion

500 gr red peppers

salt to taste

1 table spoon olive oil

2 table spoons lemon juice

20 gr parsley

Method of preparation:

First of all you have to bake the onion very slowly. After that you can put it in a pot with a cover and leave the baked onion to stay for 15-20 minutes. When it is cool enough your next task is to peel it. Then cut it into half-slices. The baked and cleaned (the seeds are removed and the peppers are peeled) peppers have to be cut into stripes. Mix the onion slices with these of the pepper slices. Pour the oil and stir well. Then add the lemon juice and stir again. On the top you can sprinkle the finely chopped parsley. Enjoy this unique salad! You can serve it with rice balls.
