Baked chicken with a rustic filling

This recipe serves 4- 5. The time for its preparation is about an hour and a half. The recipe is very delicious.


1kg chicken 100 gr onion

100 gr chicken liver

100 gr tomatoes

100 gr butter

100 gr rice

30 gr chilly pepper powder

30 gr parsley

20 gr ginger

10 gr black pepper powder

For the sauce:

200 gr wine

50 gr flour

salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Clean and wash the chicken, salt it to taste inside and outside. You have to fry the finely chopped onion into the butter with a pinch of salt. Add the washed and cut into pieces chicken liver to this mixture. Pour a glass full with water. Then add the rice, the finely chopped and peeled tomatoes. If it is necessary add some more water. The next thing you should do when the rice is almost ready is to add the spices. Stir this mixture very well and cook for 5 minutes. After that you have to fill in the chicken with this mixture. Sew the chicken with a white thread. Put the chicken into a baking pan. Pour some water and start baking it. Meanwhile prepare the sauce: mix the wine with the flour and stir well. Add some more water. 20 minutes before your chicken is ready,open the oven and pour the sauce onto it. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Serve with fresh salad and white wine. Enjoy!
