 Same way, we must search for these ways that will allow us to move to the next level of powerful living
 We must clear those away to be able to open the way and walk through that way.

There is so much things happened in our life that we not like in our life but we just tolerate it. But there is a good portion of stuff that we tolerate even when we do not have tolerate it. We step around things, overlook it,some times irritations, and may be sometimes mindlessly also but we tolerate it. Perhaps we have become so immune to these toleration that we do not recognize the negative impact they have on us. when we address some of our bigger toleration’s,then you can completely change the course of your life and open a world of happiness and inner peace that you did not know existed.

if you want to live joyfully  you have want to walk through the way to a happier life then some  situations that you should never tolerate. If you recognize yourself in any of these toleration’s then now is the time to clear it away.

1. Unsatisfactory at your job/Office

 Nearly half of your life you spend  at your job place. If you are unhappy in your job place or job can you really want to give away that much of your life?  Do you thinking about of the impact it has on your emotional well-being,  health, and relationships. Think seriously of the opportunities which miss for doing something that you love, that is fulfilling.Please never settle for living this way forever. Find out a job that you love. if necessary get more education more skill. Do it but make changes within your current job to solve your unhappiness and unsatisfactory. Do job which can keep you happy and give satisfaction you feel that this is not a job this is a pleasure for you what you love,

2.  Long Commute.

A long commute to work by car or public transportation or what ever is stressful and waste of time. Hours in a car or transport day after days, months, years waste in traveling when you can be doing and living.Best way Find a job closer to your home, or move closer to your job.It really the lost of time you lose your time every day for long commute.Actually time is very much valuable it we all know.

 3. Relationships.

If there are people in your life who are angry, demeaning, hurtful,abusive unethical not supportive, or crazy,  then you must not need waste time it is time to let leave him/her and go.Find ways to cut back on interactions with these people.
You may have your reasons for hanging on, but do these reasons really outweigh the negative impact they have on your life?

4. Unhealthy Lifestyle.

Do you eat junk? Do you abuse alcohol or other substances?Are you overweight? Do you smoke? Are you sedentary?  An unhealthy lifestyle leads to an unhappy life. If you feel bad and look bad, you can not enjoy life. This is your one and only life. Take care of it now.

5. Relationships.

How you live is a reflection of who you are. You do not need to live in a mansion with lots of facilities but your living space should be reflect the joy and peace which you want in your life. It should be clean, orderly, and have some expressions of beauty and warmth. It should feel welcoming to you and to your guests in your home.

7. Negativity.

We hear and see negative ideas and images on the news it invading our minds like termites all the time its happening with us, . Our friends and family and associates share with us always their negative stories or reactions to their lives. We hear negative lyrics in songs or watch violence and abuse in movies or on TV. Before we know it, we feel negative and depressed about our lives. Turn it off.and Walk away from this .Stop and avoid this kinds of watch, read, and listen to positive ideas and information.

8. Financial Problems

Financial problems the stress and emotional pain cause by steals your joy and peace in life. Whatever you are doing now or did in the past to cause the problem, do something about it now. Yes,i agree some financial difficulties are unavoidable, but do whatever you can to lessen the stress and you can try or planing somethings may be this can solve your problem.

9. Too Much Stuff.

 We like to buy things. We like to have things. But these things require our time, energy, money, and effort. They lose their shine and we lose our interest. They become a burden  for us— something we have to dust rather than enjoy.Free up time and energy in your life Get rid of this stuff and enjoy your life be relax..
 

10. Living Out of Your Integrity.

 Are you being true to yourself? Are you living in with your values?Do you need to apologize for something or ask for forgiveness? When you are living outside of your integrity, it is causes of a disruption in your soul and your psyche. It drains your energy, fosters guilt, and saps your self-esteem.So please try to get right with yourself and with others.

11. Accepting Inertia and Ignorance

 We are afraid it will be hard, we are afraid we might fail, we are afraid it won’t work We use both of these as excuses not to do something. We talk ourselves into our own inability to accomplish or change because we are afraid.. You and everyone else knows these are just excuses to avoid. Do not accept them anymore.

12. Lack of Communication

Every relationship especially primary relationship, healthy communication is essential to your life happiness. We  are not communicating properly with someone, you feel angry, frustrated anxious, and helpless. Open, honest, loving communication is the number one ingredient for successful relationships. If you do not know how to communicate in a healthy way, then learn how to and begin to implement these skills.
