You might perhaps not know how much fats and calories you are consuming each and every day. The guides on foods that burn fats will assist you eating in the right order and help you make healthier and better choices at the grocery store.

With regular exercise, you will also want to add some foods that burn fats to your diet to help you trim your waistline.

Foods that contain high amount of fibre and protein are the most suitable if you really want to lose weight and have a flatten stomach.

Since it takes more energy to digest high protein foods than fatty foods, the more protein foods you take the more calories in your body burn.

Below are three fat-burning foods:

EGGS

Eggs are without doubt high in protein and can help you burn your unwanted big fat belly.

You may have heard all the warnings about eggs and your health. That’s because a couple of eggs will put you over the recommended daily amount of cholesterol.

However, if you’re still worried about your overall cholesterol intake from eating too many eggs, you can remove the yolk and still benefit from the high protein contained in eggs.

Eggs contain the vitamin B12 which is a great supplement for breaking down fat cells.

BEANS

While beans are often associated with the gastrointestinal disturbances they may cause, they are also very good sources of protein, fiber and iron which are essential for fat burning.

Navy beans, White beans, Kidney beans and Lima bean are some of the best kinds of beans to eat.

Baked and refried beans should be limited in your diet.

Refried beans contain masses of saturated fat while baked beans are usually loaded in sugar.

Though you will get your protein all right, you’ll also be taking in lots of fat and sugar which is not needed.

Be sure to cook your beans thoroughly because our digestive tracks are not adapted to breaking down some proteins that are contained in certain beans.

They are already good enough on their own at stimulating GI activity. You don’t want to create any unnecessary turbulence in your belly.

OATMEAL

It might not be the tastiest thing you can eat but trust me oatmeal definitely has some great nutritional qualities.

You may have noticed that many of the oatmeal brands are now boasting that eating more oatmeal will help lower your cholesterol level. That’s because oatmeal is loaded with soluble fiber which helps reduce blood cholesterol by flushing those bad digestive acids out of your system.

The best kind of oatmeal to eat is unsweetened and unflavoured. You will lose out on all the health benefits if you go in for the apple and cinnamon flavour and make it loaded with butter and sugar. If you want to sweeten your bowl of oat meal, do it by adding fruit.

Oatmeal is also beneficial in the fighting of colon cancer and heart disease.

NB:

Eating fat burning foods such as the above isn’t enough for the activity. Make it complete by regular exercising the body. 3-4 times for 30 minutes in a week is enough to complete the fat burning activity

Drink at least a glass of water before you start a meal to avoid you taking too much food. Remember the body requires plenty of water. With this done, you will be surprised at how it will curb your craving.

Try to get more sleep or rest. At least 7-8 hours per night will do for weight losing.
