Planning Commission and the Prime Minister of India! We are ready to pay Rs 1100 per family member per month to the Government of India for fulfilling all our requirements. Keep it in mind if we spend this much money, we are not a poor. Either manage a policy for or roll back the cruel definition of poor Indians.
Budget, India, Indian, Planning Commission, Poor, Prime Minister, Rural India, Urban India
We are Indian and if we spend Rs 32.17 in urban India or Rs 25.19 in rural India, we are not poor. Times of India reported, “The Planning Commission told the Supreme Court on Tuesday that anyone spending more than Rs 965 per month in urban India and Rs 781 in rural India will be deemed not to be poor.” The news paper further reported, “According to the new criterion suggested by the planners, if a family of four in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore or Chennai is spending anything more than Rs 3,860 per month on its members, it would not be considered poor.”
The common Indian wants to maintain a living standard that is above than that of a poor Indian but he is not so intelligent economist to manage its budget within these ranges i.e. 965 per month in urban India and Rs 781 in rural India. This is the problem and difficulty which is associated with the common India.
I have a suggestion for common Indians. First of all stop criticizing planning commission of the country and the government of the India because after all they are working for India and Indians not for any other country and countrymen (i.e. Pakistan or America).
I do agree that we are not so economist, in these circumstances what we can do to prevent us and our family from starvation. The inflation rate is so high. Butter oil, milk, pulses are already removed from the dishes of the common countryman.
The government is working for common India and common Indian and providing an opportunity to have a good living standard which is above than that of a poor countryman. You need to pay the expenses as per fixation by the planning commission of India along with the service fee and service tax to the government and that will manage you all of you basic requirements including the need of food, cloths, residence, education and health etc. If you pay one rupee more than the figure you will not be poor and will enjoy the supremacy than that of a poor which is poor.
You need to make the efforts to earn at least Rs 1075 per month per head if you wish to live in urban India and Rs 870 per month per head if you wish to live in rural India. You need to pay this much money to the government of India to manage your all the needs. As you are not a poor Indian therefore the government of India will manage the needs accordingly. The calculation is very simple.
If you are living in metros you need basic expenses of Rs 965, 1 rupee for being above than that a poor person who is called poor, Rs 97 (at the rate of 10%) as service fee and Rs 12 (at the rate of 12.5%) as service tax. The total is Rs 1075.
If you living in rural India, you need basic expenses of Rs 781, 1 rupee for being above than that a poor person who is called poor, Rs 78 (at the rate of 10%) as service fee and Rs 10 (at the rate of 12.5%) as service tax. The total is Rs 870.
I am a poor country-man of India and demand the government to fulfill my all the needs which are better than that of a poor person called poor. I am an Indian and think for India. I may contribute Rs 25 per head per month to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund for serving the nation. I promise to pay the government of India Rs 1100 for each member of my family every month.
We the Indians request to our beloved and Hon’ble Prime Minister to declare this policy within this month i.e. April 2012 or maximum next month, so that we along-with so many other families can be a member of a posh community and enjoy prosperity.
If in case, you know that you cannot make and implement such a policy, you can at least stop to joke on poor common Indian. You and your Planning Commission may roll back the cruel definition of poor Indians. We would like to realize you that you are the Prime Minister of whole India not of any single part or any country other than India, therefore, your priority is expected for India and common poor Indian population and make welfare policies for them.
