Getting The Most Out Of Blueberries!

Welcome, did you know ,that the little colorful fruit are a good source of bioflavonoid? This will strengthen your cardiovascular system . You can eat a cup, or two a day, this keeps your ticker (heart) strong.

I’ve found out that adding blueberries to my cereal was really good. I never thought, that this fruit ,was packed with alot of soluble fiber at that helped me stay full all day. I needed to lose weight . I just didn’t know how. By eating blueberries , with nuts , it just opened a whole new world for me.

So, continue to add some blueberries to your diet. They are very good, and if you feel, like a late night snack grab a handful and enjoy. They also, give you so much energy,. So grab that bowl of hot oatmeal and some blueberries. YOU will add your favorite milk ,of course, then enjoy Good eating !make sure of your get fresh blueberries and wash them

you can also get frozen blueberries but fresh ones are the best

If you are allergic to the fruit,  you can also you can use peaches,or anyother fruit that you are not allergic to. Keep finding a fruit that will agree with your body and use that instead.
