1 Lb Ground meat or Sasuage (whichever your taste buds prefer, my kids like the ground meat better)
1 Jar of Pizza Sauce(we usually get the Ragu)
1 small can of tomato sauce(6 Oz)
1 Diced Onion (this is optional)
1 8 Oz bag of Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 8 Oz bag of Mozzarella Cheese
1 8 Oz bag of Pizza Cheese
1.5 tsp Oregeno and garlic powder
1 loaf of garlic bread
First you will need to brown your meat and onions and drain and put it in your fondue pot. Then add your tomato sauce and pizza sauce along with your garlic powder to your meat and onion and heat to a nice simmer.
Then comes the tricky part, adding the cheese. Add just a 1/2 of a bag at a time and stir into the meat sauce until melted. Do not add more cheese until the first 1/2 bag melts or you will end up with a lot of clumpy cheese. Keep adding the 1/2 bag of cheese until you have gone through all 3 bags. Now you should have a nice creamy batch of fondue.
Bake your garlic bread and cut into small cubes
Sprinkle the Orengo on top for decoration right before serving.
If you do not have a fondue pot you can also do this in a saucepan, although you will need to serve as soon as you finish it and I suggest not leaving the pan and stirring constantly to avoid having the chese sticking to the bottom of your pan.
