Dark circles are a nightmare for anybody, especially women.
The last thing you want is to finally get the smooth clear skin
that you have been dying for only for it to be spoilt by a dark ring under your eyes.
The fairer you are the more they are noticeable.
But don’t worry they aren’t there to stay for long so long as you do something about it.
1. Drink lots and lots of water- water flushes out the toxins in the body and clears your kidneys too which can have an impact on your bags.Aim for at least 8 glasses a day.
2.Place cucumbers on your eyes- cut 2 thin strips of cucumbers and place them on your lids for at least 15 minutes.
Cucumbers have a cooling effect and can help reduce puffiness which in turn helps your bags look less noticeable. Do this twice a week.
3. Teabags- teabags on the eyelids are brilliant for your dark circles. But cold teabags though.
First of all pour boiling water over the teabags, drain out as much colour as possible then in a little bit of the same water, put the teabags in the freezer for about ten minutes or so.
Place on your lids for at least half an hour. Repeat twice a week.
4.Don’t use a heavy moisturiser on your eyes. Most people use an oil based or heavy moisturiser for there skin but then they also end up rubbing it onto the eyes. This in turn makes the eyes more heavy and makes the eyes look even darker.
Opt for a light moisturiser for the eyes.
5.Get 8 hours of sleep per day. This might seem like an obvious one but if your a mother of a small baby, work long hours or have a busy lifestyle, then it’s not always so easy to do. But sleep is a prevention for further dark circles.
6. Vitamins- keep your skin healthy nd your skin under your eyes, yeh, the circles, will dissapear over time
And once again just remember that wayer- yes water, is one the most importnt things you can have and do for your health in general, not just your eyes
