- Weight lifting. Weight lifting helps build muscle. Muscle weighs heavier than fat but is smaller and burns more calories at rest. It also helps you shape your body too.
- if you don’t want to lift weights then try toning with your own body weight ( weight is still used both ways as that is what sculpts your legs )
- Leg lifts
- Butt kicks
