  • Avoid over eating: People live in misconception that whatever they eat they could burn it with heavy exercise, but it is completely a wrong belief. The fact is that over eating leads to improper digestion and hence complex particles are not broken and accumulate to form a layer of fat in the region of stomach. To get rid of this disorders take your meals at an interval of at least two hours. It will heighten your metabolism rate and reduce the risk of getting belly fat.

  • Fibrous food: Don’t waste money in buying expensive fancy tools to get rid of belly fat. Foods rich in fiber are also fantabulous way for shedding weight, especially around your stomach. Fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans, and legumes are some food stuffs that are rich in fiber.

  • Aerobic exercise: If possible then go for aerobic exercises. You can go 4-5 times a week for aerobic workout that helps in reducing extra fat, accumulated around your stomach. Water aerobics are also the best way to shed extra fat; you can actually burn more calories than a workout on land.

  • Drink More Water: Drink two liters water a day. No doubt, you will feel uncomfortable while doing so but gradually you will be accustomed of it. Water helps in shrinking your belly.

  • Avoidrest immediately after a meal: Don’t sit just after a meal; go for a short walk. You will really feel light otherwise you will be loaded with a pot belly in few months.

  • Get Adequate sleep: 8 hours of sound sleep is essential for good metabolisms. Researches have shown that people who sleep less than 8 hour, have slower metabolisms and these people tend to eat more throughout the day to keep their energy levels up and the obvious result is obesity.

  • Changes in your daily routines: Do the physical activities much more like use stairs instead of lift, avoid remote control to change television channels, do it manually; instead of using any motor vehicle use bicycle to visit nearby places. This will keep the environment pollution free and and your body, fat free.

  • Consuming less food loaded with sugar: Reduce the amount of sugar in your diet. Avoid consuming junk food, cold drinks that are rich in sugar.
