Any credit repair company that tells you to just trust them is NOT trustworthy! They should be able to explain all the services they offer for the fees they charge, and every representative of the company should be well aware of those services and be able to talk you through them.

Having a bad credit rating can be difficult, but not impossible to remedy. Start by consistently paying all of your bills on time, including paying at least the minimum balance on your credit card bills. Your credit score is constantly changing. It takes a while to raise it, but it will pay off in the long run.
