Do you have bad skin? Do you eat greasy foods, such as, fry ups like bacon, sausages and chips? Well this could be the problem.
Start eating more healthily. Eat more fruits that contain vitamin C and E, such as oranges. Apples, pears and grapes can help if you eat them once a day. Eating more fruit daily will help your skin to look more radiant, softer and clearer of spots.
Change your diet completely and eat more oily foods, such as sardines, tuna and skinless fish. Instead of having a fry up for dinner have fish with broccoli and salad. Salad is good for you and will help towards your skin looking more younger and fresher.
Add more green vegetables to your diet, such as, cabbage, broccoli and sprouts. Greens will help the skin to look healthy all the time if you eat it daily.
Of course, drinking water is, also, another helpful factor that will make the skin more clearer preventing spots. Drink around 2 to 3 liters per day so that the skin will not look dehydrated. Drinking water daily, as part of your diet can make a lot of difference. Water can help the whole body to feel better too.
Cut down on red meat and replace this with skinless chicken. Instead of roasting chicken, boil it. This is one my specialties. I always boil some chicken and vegetables together and have this for my main meal. It is the best way of eating, if you want your skin to look better. Here is the method that I use.
Boil water with one chicken stock in a good size sausepan. Cut skinless chicken into cubes and add this to boiling water. When chicken is nearly cooked add onions, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli and peas to the boiling water. Simmer on heat for about 30 minutes and then serve. You can eat this as a soup or just as a meal without the juice. Add gravy too.
This is a healthy meal that I sometimes make for myself. It is simple and good for a weight loss diet.
