Morning Sex & Health

In a recent research at Queen’s University(Belfast),Researchers have stated, morning sex atleast three times a week, decreases heart attack/stroke risk to half and improves blood circulation, hence reducing blood pressure.

It is even a good workout as it burns approximately 300 calories an hour and hence slashes the risk of developing diabetes. And it even palliates arthritis and migraine.

Have you ever looked at Sex,in that way? Its not only for pleasure but real good for health too. And who knows it can help in decreasing the number of our pills intake, just joking!

Some more interesting facts regarding sex are:

A steamy sex session, twice a week boost IgA(an antibody, that guard against microbes)as it multiplies in body secretion.

In a recent American study, around 300 sexually active women were questioned and it was stated that these women were less prone to depression as their partners did not use condoms.

Oh! I never thought, Condom could be one of the causes of Depression!

Also Sex can keep you off from osteoporosis as it increases the production of testosterone providing stronger bones and muscles. So have sex and make your bones and muscles stronger.

Morning sex can also aid in averting endometriosis(

according to study at Yale School of Medicine research).

If you are looking forward to have a glowing skin and shining beautiful hair the answer to it is Morning Sex! A good morning sex session upraises the output of oestrogen and other hormones associated resulting in glowing skin and shining hair.

I am very much looking forward after these researches ,when my Doctor will write in her prescription
