Well, wonder no more. All you have to do is follow my simple and easy steps. Before you know it you will be sampling your delicious fried dumpling dipping sauce with your favorite dumpling. Let’s get started shall we.
Step 1: In a small sauce pan place the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sugar (Note: the aroma can be very intense, so turn on all the fans and air it out). Let all these ingredients simmer slowly over low heat for 5 minute. Stirring it occasionally with your spoon until the sugar has dissolved.
Step 2: Once the sugar has melted properly go ahead and place it into a small bowl. Please, make sure to let it sit for 5-7 minutes so that the sauce can cool down just a little bit (If this sauce does not get a chance to cool down the finely chopped chives will welt).
Step 3: For garnish go ahead add in ginger, finely chopped chives, and sesame seed (make sure the sesame seeds are pre-roasted before placing it into the sauce).
