Everybody who has a brain exercises nowadays but have you ever thought that your work outs could do you a favor and exercise the brain? So, exercise is smart for your body and heart and can also make you smarter and make you better at the things you accomplish.

In the true sense, exercising is more for the brain than the body. It gives you the feelings of wellbeing, alertness and guides your mood and vitality.

You may have decided at some point in time that you are not really the yoga kind. You may have heard all the talk about yoga as being great for managing tension but you cannot really touch your toes! Anderson says when you work out, you are able to perform better, think clearly and boost your morale. Nothing could be more perfect science for your body – your nervous system is excited and functions at a higher level.
