The harder it is for you to eat these foods, the better it is for your weight loss plan.
Above all, remember who you are doing this for – you! However, if you ask friends and family for support, the task will be much easier. Don’t be afraid to ask for a little reassurance. Call upon your friends and family when you have a lack of motivation.
