                                    2011 GMC Terrain

Crosses are quickly switching to compact option for a family SUV that is cheaper, more resourceful and better modified to the city limits more rigorous than the large SUV. At the same time, these junctions also be likely to be a bit noisier, less sophisticated and less eye-catching for long road trips in the family. 2011 GMC Terrain, by difference, is a small crossover SUV that manages to be both mature and refined.

2011 GMC Terrain is a midsize crossover SUV available in the LED 1, 2 SLE, SLT SLT levels 1 and 2.

The SLT adds a package of articles Convenience Plus 18-inch wheels and leather upholstery. SLT receives the two rear parking sensors, power liftgate (with a maximum height adjustable), chrome exterior features driver memory, and a sunroof.
Part of the upper wall of the  extra features are optional on the lower finish. Depending on the setting, you can also opt for 19-inch chrome wheels, clothing, voice-activated navigation system (with digital music storage) and a multimedia system with two screens.

Engines and performance

GMC Terrain Each comes with a 2.4 liter four-cylinder engine produces 182 horsepower and 172 lb.-ft. of torque. The site also comes standard with front wheel drive and six-speed automatic transmission. All wheels are voluntary in the set. In performance tests, front-wheel drive, four-cylinder field increased from zero to 60 mph in 9.4 seconds – slow at the end of the class. In performance tests, a space of four-wheel motor went from zero to 60 mph in 8.3 seconds, which is also on the slow side. Fuel economy is EPA-estimated 17 mpg highway and 20 mpg with FWD and AWD city/25mpg 17/24/20.

Each field GMC 2011 comes standard with antilock brakes, traction and stability control, front side airbags, curtain airbags, On Star and a rearview camera. Optional  rear parking assistant. Edmunds to test the brakes, a field of four cylinders is halted 60 mph to 121 meters. Heavier V6 model has the same task in 127 meters. These two results are the average of the segments.
In government crash tests, the site of two Chevrolet Equinox has received a perfect five stars in all categories and side impact. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave the Equinox and the Land of the highest possible rating of “good” in frontal offset, side and roof strength tests.
