Salmon with avocado

The recipe serves 2-3. The time for preparation is about half an hour.


300 gr marinade salmon

300 gr avocado

30 ml red wine

30 ml fresh lemon juice

Black pepper powder

Method of preparation:

The preparation of this wonderful appetizer is very easy. Smash the salmon and prepare a puree from it. Then peel and chop the avocado finely. Add it to the salmon mess. After that you have to add the red wine, then the lemon juice, and the black pepper powder. Stir well. Serve with toast bread and enjoy!
