Chicken Wings with Honey Sauce

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings (With Skin)-1 kg
  • Honey-1 cup
  • Chilly garlic sauce-1 cup
  • Black pepper (crushed)-1tsp
  • Red chili(chopped)-1tsp
  • Garlic ( chopped)-8 to 10 Pieces
  • Oil-for frying
  • Salt-to taste

For Garnishing

  • Tomatoes-2 to 3
  • Salad Leaves-5 to 6
  • Cucumber-2 to 3

Method

  • Add salt on chicken wings and deep fry it.
  • Now take another pan and add 2-3 spoons of oil and then fry garlic in it.
  • After that add Honey, and along with honey mix chilly garlic sauce, Black pepper, red chili, as well as salt in it and cook it for 3-4 min.
  • When the sauce starts to become thick, add chicken wings in it and cook along with it.
  • Take a serving plate and dish out the wings and for garnishing add tomatoes, salad leaves and cucumber.

Allu Bukhare ki Chutni (Plum)

Ingredients

  • Dried Plum (Allu bukhare sookhay)-1/2 kg
  • White Vinegar-1 cup
  • Crushed Black Pepper-1 tsp
  • Green Cardamom-2 to 3
  • Sugar-1 cup
  • Salt-To taste
  • Almonds-1.2 cup

Method

  • Wash plums and dip into water.
  • Now take a  cooking bowl and put plum with 2 cups of water and cook it.
  • When water gets evaporate then add sugar, salt, black pepper, and Vinegar and cook well.
  • When sugar mix well in the plum then add almonds and crushed cardamom and cook it for 5 minutes.

Ketchup

Ingredients

  • Tomato-2 kg (Reddish and fresh)
  • Vinegar-1 cup
  • Brown Sugar-1 cup
  • Salt-to salt
  • White pepper powder-1 tbsp

Method

  • Take a bowl and boil water in it. When it starts boiling then put tomatoes for 5 minutes.
  • After that remove tomatoes from the boiled water and then put them into cold water.
  • Now peel tomatoes and cut them into two pieces and remove seeds with the help of  a spoon.
  • Now take pan and put one cup of water then add tomatoes, brown sugar, vinegar and gradually cook them over medium flame for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes remove the pan from the flame and then add white pepper in it.
  • Now take a blender and blend tomato mixture in order to make them smooth.
  • After that take a pan and put all the tomato paste in it and then cook it over a medium flame.
  • When ketchup gets thick or if the bubbles start bubbling up then remove it from the flame.
  • When it gets cold you can then store it in a bottle.
  • You can preserve this tomato ketchup for one week. Please do not add any kind of chemicals in it.
