Alleppey is an amazing location, it is established on a narrow land between the Arabia sea and vembanad lake. It is among the best place for backwater attractions. Best time to visit alleppey is between August to February as large number of festivals are celebrated in this season such as snake boat river. June and July are the peak season; it is always fun to travel in these months.

Krishnapuram Palace

Located 47 km from Alleppey, it was built in the 18th century during the rule of Marthanda Varma. The palace functions as a archaeological museum today and is known its “Gajendra Moksham” mural which is considered to be one of the largest mural paintings in Kerala.

Snake Boat Race

Snake Boat races are held on the 2nd Saturday of August on the Punnamada Lake every year. In this 50m long wooden boats are decorated and painted with flowers. The race is a very popular attraction among the local people and visitors.

Manali

Manali is located on the west bank of the Beas River, is one of the famous  hill station in India.Dense forests, mountains, and numerous trekking routes and beautiful location, access to Rohtang Pass make this a best spot for honeymooners.

Manali is located at 6, 730 ft above sea level where the Beas and Manalsu rivers meet.

Best time to visit Manali is between the months of April to June and again from September to November.

Hadimba Temple is one of the most visited religious sites in Manali. The Hadimba Temple is the most important religious shrine for Manali’s residents and is dedicated to the local deity Dhungri, wife of Pandava Bhim.

Great Himalayan National Park

The Great Himalayan National Park  is  one of the largest ecosystems in India.It is located near Kullu and Manali and ranges in altitude from 1,500 to 6,000 meters and is spread over an area of 754 sq kms.The Park encompasses snow capped Himalayan mountains, glaciers, alpine meadows, and rare and protected wildlife and flora.
