Indian food is gaining popularity in the United States as well as other parts of the world. Its exquisite taste has made people want to try more and experience delightful specialties. Indian dishes have gained popularity due to their exotic taste, color, texture as well as being hot and spicy. It is also considered healthy which contain some medicinal value in it. And lastly, Chicken Tikka is made of chicken cubes marinated in yogurt with spices, and baked in a clay oven, and served on a sizzling plate.

Lastly, the Chicken Saag, a meat-eater delight cooked with spinach and light cream. Other main dish renowned worldwide are Prawn Palak, a seafood rich recipe cooked in curry and fresh spinach.
