Beef Sandwich:


  • Beef undercut-300 grams
  • Onion-1
  • Tomato-1
  • Capsicum-1
  • Salad leaves-1 bunch
  • Cucumber-1
  • Bread slices-10
  • Mayonnaise-1/2 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce-2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper-1/2 tsp
  • Salt-To taste
  • Oil-2 tbsp


  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry thinly sliced undercut pieces in it.

  • Add Worcestershire sauce crushed and powered black pepper and salt. Leave to cook in its own water.

  • When water dries up and meat gets tender, take it off flame.

  • Cut cucumbers into round; remove the white part of capsicum and cut it into thin rounds. Cut the crusts of the bread slices and spread mayonnaise over them. Place salad leaves on top and then pieces of prepared meat on each slice.

  • Spread mayonnaise over the meat and sprinkle crushed black pepper on them.

  • You can either serve by placing bread slices on top or you can serve them open-faced.

Qeemay ki Kachori:


  • Beef Minced-1/2 kg

  • Onion (medium size)-1

  • Crushed Coriander Seeds-2 tbsp

  • green Chili-3 to 4

  • Ginger/Garlic Paste-1 tbsp

  • Red Pepper Powder-1 tbsp

  • Black Pepper-1 tbsp

  • Lemon-2

  • Carom Seeds (ajwain)-1/4 tsp

  • All Purpose Flour (maida)-1 kg

  • Baking Powder-1/2 tsp

  • Oil-For frying

  • Ghee-6 tbsp

  • Salt-To taste


  • First of all take flour add carom seeds powder, salt, baking powder, ghee and make a dough.

  • Take a cooking bowl put 1 tbsp oil now add minced in it.

  • When minced water gets evaporate then add salt, ginger, garlic, red pepper,1 cup water and cook until minced gets soft.

  • After that add onion (cut in cubes), green chili, coriander, and lemon syrup.

  • Take a dough make them small balls and fill up it by minced and cover up with sides.

  • Take a pan heat up oil and fry it.

Steam Roll:


  • Chicken Minced (boiled)-250 gram
  • Cabbage (chopped)-2cups
  • Green chili (chopped)-4 to 5
  • Onion-1/2
  • Carrot-1/2cup
  • Spring onion (chopped)-1/2 cup
  • Garlic (chopped)-1tbsp
  • Black pepper (grind)-1tsb
  • Red chili (grind)-1tsb
  • Roll strips-1 pack
  • Salt-as required
  • Salad leave (Ice Berg Lettuce) for garnish
  • Cucumber for garnish
  • Tomato for garnish

Lai (for the sticking) of roll strip

  • Flour-as required


  • First of all to prepare lai mix flour and water together.

  • Take a bowl and mix cabbage, chicken mince, spring onion, carrot, green chili, garlic, salt, red chili and sprinkle it with black pepper.

  • After that take roll strip and fill in with all the mixed ingredients.

  • Now apply lai to close the ends of the roll strips.

  • Then take a steamer and heat water in it, then put the rolls inside the steamer and steam it well.

  • Now dish out the rolls in a serving plate and garnish it with ice berg lettuce, cucumber and tomato.
