How to make BBQ ribs when the weather is bad outside.

Step 1… Get some of your favorite style of ribs, cut them into serving size strips, sprinkle your favorite spices, I make my own and you can contact me to get them. Website coming soon. Do not overly salt them, remember garlic, onion salt is salt so you could easily overdo it. You could also make a quick rub with brown sugarmag-glass_10x10.gif, basil, various salts, pepper, and mustard if desired.

Step 2… After you season, apply your rub on both sides let them sit in the refigerator covered for a couple hours, in the pan you are going to cook them in. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Remember ribs are thin so they do not take a long time to cook.
After a couple hours take ribs out of oven and pour your favorite BBQ saucemag-glass_10x10.gif over them. I found out that the most expensive is not nessaceraly the best tasting. Best to check ingredients on the heavy vinager, or tomato flavor

Step 3… This is the important step to make them really tasty. Take out of oven after about 45 minutes, and turn them over pouring more BBQ sauce on them. Ceck with a fork after about 1/2 hour and whait till the meat is at your desired tempature. Turn over again and add honey on top of the meaty side, and briol them for 5 minutes or until they are nice and sticky….YUM. Always use a clothe napkin when eating BBq ribs, else it can get messy.
