Ingredients for the Easiest Egg and Bacon Quiche Ever

  • 1. 3 rashers Bacon
  • 2. 1 Onion
  • 3. 3 Eggs
  • 4. ¾ cup of cream
  • 5. ¾ cup of milk (if you are health conscious you can use 1 and 1/2 cups of milk and omit the cream)
  • 6. 1 cup tasty cheese
  • 7. 1 cup of Robur Pastry mix but I have also used bread mix and this works just as well
  • 8. Chopped fresh parsley or can use dried parsley
  • 9. Small amount of salt and pepper

Start your oven on a temperature of 180 degrees celcius (or 170 degrees if it is a fan forced oven). Grease a pie dish with a spray oil. Chop the rashers of bacon and onion finely. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well with a spoon. Pour the mixture into the greased pie dish and place into the oven. Cook until nicely brown on the top.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the dish for 10 – 15minutes prior to serving.

Cut the quiche into wedges and serve with salad or vegetables.

This quiche is so easy because you do not have to make a base and literally just need to put all the ingredients together and cook in the oven. To make small party Quiches make them in greased muffin pans. Allow to cool for 10 -15 mins prior to taking out of pans otherwise they will stick and break when you try to remove them.
