Some of the properties of a Muslim is reflected in the word of God in the Qur’an At-Tauba letter paragraph 71. “And the believers, men and women, some of them be a helper to others, they are ordered (to do) that ma’ruf, prevent it from being evil, establish the prayer, practice regular charity and they obey Allah and His Messenger. They would be given the grace by God, Allah is Mighty, Wise. (At-Tauba: 71). These properties must be inspected by any person is claiming to believers, including ourselves.
Someone who has no concern for helping others, not moved to help when he saw a Muslim needs help, then that person does not have properties as properties of the believers that God says. Even a Muslim who zholim shall we give any help. Messenger of Allah said, “Help your brother who zholim or dizholimi. They said: “O Messenger of dizholimi we help, how do we help the menzholimi?”. He replied: “Take his hand (preventing ruthlessness)”.
On another occasion, the Messenger of Allah said, “Whoever is releasing a believer of distress of living in the world, Allah will remove from him trouble on the Day of Resurrection, whoever it easier affair (believers) that Allah will facilitate the difficult business in the world and the hereafter. Goods Who closed the disgrace of a Muslim, Allah will cover her shame in the world and the hereafter. God will help a servant, during the slave was always helping his brother. ” (Muslim)
Character is what is expected by Allah in Al-Mâ’idah paragraph 2. “… And please help you in the (working) virtue and piety, and do not you please help in sin and enmity. Fear Allah, indeed, Allah is severe in punishment.” (Al Maidah: 2)
The nature of other believers in the At-Tauba 71 is enjoining evil. It also includes a mutual assistance in goodness. Since the orientation of the believer is a hereafter, it is necessary mukimin help from others to support in order to arrive at destination safely. Helping menzholimi believer – like the above hadith – was included in order enjoining evil.
This property is in the Qur’an that Allah willing-mail Ali Imron paragraph 104. “And let none of you class of people who call to virtue, sent to the ma’ruf and prevent it from being evil; they’re the lucky ones.” (Surah Ali Imran: 104)
In the At-Tauba verse 71, we find the command prayer and zakat is called a tandem. Prayer and charity activities are activities that best meet the “dominant hablum hablum minallah wa Hoodoo” (relationship to God and relationship with humans). Prayer represents kesholehan vertical, whereas horizontal kesholehan symbolizes charity. In some places the command of Allah Almighty unite prayer and charity. That’s because the full strength of the relationship: horizontal and vertical, is the nature of a believer.
Establish prayer and pay zakat are two characters who believe that God described in the initial letter of the Al-Mukminuun. Believers were lucky, the word of God (Sura 23:1). Namely that khusyu ‘in prayer (Sura 23:2), and also maintain a prayer (Sura 23:9). Believers are lucky it did not forget to pay the zakat (Sura 23:4). That was the one who promised Paradise Paradise by Allah (Sura 23:10-11).

Lost it in the world and the Hereafter. That is a real loss. “(Surah Al – Hajj: 11)
