Lux, a brand synonymous with beauty and Bollywood stars has completed a decade long association with actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan this year! On this momentous occasion, the legendary brand has created their latest campaign in admiration of their long standing brand ambassador. The newly launched Lux range with Silk Protein Extract promises to get you admiration not only from men but women as well! Lux also created a landmark by bringing together for the first time ever the very popular reel & real life TV couple – beautiful Ankita Lokhande and dashing Sushant Singh Rajput to debut together in the new commercial with the gorgeous Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
The new Lux ad portrays the diva Aishwarya Rai Bachchan being admired by not only Sushant but also Ankita for her soft and silky skin. The film has been directed by Jonathan Lennard from the well known “The Reel Company” and was shot at an exotic location in Bangkok. The popular Sufi inspired music score has been composed by none other than the melodic trio Shankar Ehsaan Loy. The ad cast has been styled by the leading fashion designers Gauri & Nainika and Manish Malhotra with make-up done by Mickey Contractor.
Talking about her long standing association with Lux, Bollywood Diva and the global brand ambassador of Lux, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan said, “I have been associated with Lux for the past 10 years as its Global Brand Ambassador and this association holds a very special place in my heart. In my latest campaign, I also got to work with the popular TV couple Ankita & Sushant and it was a wonderful experience working with them.”
The TV couple obviously is on cloud nine and can’t stop gushing about the experience. Apparently, Sushant had worked with Ash years ago when he was training with Shiamak Davar. He reminded the Bollywood superstar about a performance during which he had lifted her.
An elated Sushant says, “Aishwarya was very courteous. It was really nice working with her. She was surprised to hear that we had danced together in the Australian Common-wealth Games in 2006 and now we were endorsing a product together.”
